The people working the front desk were very helpful and friendly.
The room was clean, and was plenty big for 2 people for one night.
Very quiet, which is great as I am a light sleeper.
Bedding was comfortable.

Wifi did all I needed for it to do.
I do not eat breakfast at hotels, so I cannot tell you about the offerings there.

After driving from Maryland, to Florida. We booked a room with the Holiday Express. 1/2 way in Florence. We were so tired. The INN, Very clean, fresh, and comfortable. The room, the mattress, the pillows, like home were so comfortable. And so clean. Breakfast was very nice in the morning and we did enjoy the warm biscuits, sausage gravy with the small egg and cheese omelette’s already made. Again it was clean. And if was good! The coffee and juice topped it off. We will return. I highly recommend/.
Front desk woman was super friendly and helpful. She informed me of the electric car charger around the backside of the building and that was a lifesaver as Buckees chargers werent working. Last minute booking and the keycard was in an envelope waiting for me at the front desk. Showed my ID and was in my room in under 2 mins. Absolutely stellar experience after 13 hours on the road.

Went to breakfast at 815. Hours are until 930. There was no hot food left! I notified the staff and was told she would let them know. 15 minutes later I checked if any food was available and overheard staff telling another guest it would be 10 to 15 minutes. By the time I was able to eat a hot meal it had been over 45 minutes. As of this review it's been nearly an hour and I've just finished my meal. Unacceptable IHG
